Scope
These terms govern sales made on this site between the house of Axelle Sanogo and any client, in accordance with Ivorian consumer law no. 2016-412 and electronic transactions law no. 2013-546.
Prices
Prices are stated and charged in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Amounts shown in another currency are indicative. Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed.
Order and payment
An order is binding once payment is confirmed. Accepted methods: card, Mobile Money (Orange, MTN, Moov, Wave) and cash on delivery in Abidjan. During the test phase, payment is simulated and no money is taken.
Delivery
Abidjan within 24–48 hours, rest of Côte d'Ivoire within 3 working days, international within 5–8 working days. Free delivery in Côte d'Ivoire from 75,000 FCFA.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt to request an exchange or refund for any unworn item in its original packaging. Personalised pieces (engraving, bespoke) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
Prestige pieces carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (stitching, hardware). Signature pieces carry a 1-year warranty.
Disputes
We will always seek an amicable solution first. Failing that, the courts of Abidjan have jurisdiction.
