The house of Axelle Sanogo takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes how this site processes data under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, supervised by the Ivorian telecoms/ICT regulator (ARTCI), and, for clients living in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes
- Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents. Purpose: fulfil the sale and deliver it. Basis: performance of a contract.
- Payment: the house never stores card data; only the last four digits and the transaction reference are kept.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, message. Purpose: answer your request. Basis: your consent.
- Reviews: first name, optional city, rating and text. Purpose: publication after moderation. Basis: your consent.
- Security: IP addresses are pseudonymised (cryptographic hash) to prevent fraud and abuse.
Recipients
Your data is only accessed by authorised staff and, for delivery, our carriers. It is never sold or shared for marketing. Hosting is provided by Hostinger; any transfer outside ECOWAS is governed by article 26 of law no. 2013-450.
Retention
- Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).
- Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Rejected reviews: deleted within 30 days; published reviews: while they remain online.
- Proof of consent: 5 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, use the contact form (subject "My personal data"); we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with ARTCI (www.artci.ci).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Back-office access is personal, protected by strong passwords and logged. Sessions are encrypted and forms are protected against automated attacks.
